MEMBERSHIP FORM
If you would like to join the AMCUK,
please print off the form from the link below and send
it along with your fee to the name and address at the
base of the form.
Your application
for membership will be placed in the next issue of the
Sled Dog our Club magazine and if no objections are
received within 28 days, your membership is approved.
You will only receive voting rights after a year of
membership.
As a member, you
are entitled to receive the club magazine "The Sled Dog"
four times a year and get reduced entry fees to club
shows, seminars and events.
Club membership
fees are paid annually and are due on the 1st January
each year.
If you have any
problems with the form, please contact either the Club
Secretary or the Membership Secretary.
