Malamute Rescue is run by the AMCUK and is the only recognised Malamute breed rescue in the UK. We are dependant on volunteers and donations to ensure that pure bred Alaskan Malamutes are able to be re-homed when they are unable to stay with their families. We are unfortunately unable to help re-home cross breeds.

Please ensure that you do your research on the breed before you consider adopting a rescue Malamute. Often rescue dogs have problems that need experience and patience to overcome and this needs to be taken into consideration.

Malamute Rescue has its own website at the link below where further advice and information can be found as well as dogs who are in need of a new home.

We are also available for advice if you are experiencing difficulties with your Malamute and will try to work with you to avoid rehoming where possible.
